Plans, balances, AI points and history
Billing shows current entitlements, usage, balances and purchases. Historical details load only when opened.
Cash pays eligible purchases excluding frozen funds. Gifts offset plans fully before cash but cannot be withdrawn or used for paid templates. AI points pay AI usage, not plans/withdrawals, using monthly points before valid extra points. Prices, trials and limits follow current pages, not old screenshots.
Top up through Alipay, then separately select plan/period, review terms and purchase with balance. Top-up does not activate a plan. No automatic renewal; current annual terms are eight monthly payments for twelve months. Read checkout for renewal/change terms; check state before paying again.
Service duration and point cycles
Monthly plans last one calendar month; annual plans last twelve calendar months, calculated in Beijing time (UTC+8), not fixed 30/360-day periods. October 15 at 10:30 becomes November 15 at 10:30 for monthly service, or October 15 next year for annual service. Missing dates clamp to the target month's last day at the same time.
Same-plan early renewal extends the existing expiry without immediately refreshing points. Finite wallet-paid plans can be changed through a reviewed quote on the billing page. On expiry, free-plan limits apply immediately; existing customers, conversations, knowledge and balances remain, while new usage above limits is restricted.
Upgrade or downgrade
Select a target and calculate a quote without charging. The confirmation shows carried value, current target price, gift/cash amounts and expiry. Quotes expire after five minutes and must be recalculated if price, balance sources or rights change.
Remaining value uses each original order's actual payment (including applied gifts) and unconsumed time, rounded down to integer fen. Later pricing changes do not rewrite original orders. Target prices come from the current active catalog: the monthly price or eight monthly fees for annual terms, retaining the original billing period.
An upgrade keeps the existing expiry. Prorate the target's current one/twelve-calendar-month price over the remaining time, round up to fen, subtract carried value, and pay the nonnegative difference using gifts before cash. There is no negative charge or cash rebate. A downgrade applies immediately and converts all carried value to target service time, rounded down to whole seconds, with no cash refund or additional charge. The quoted expiry may differ from a whole calendar month.
Changes retain the AI cycle and used/reserved points. If usage exceeds a downgraded allowance, included availability is zero for the current cycle; valid extra points remain usable. Existing data is preserved, with new over-limit usage restricted. Manual grants, trials, indefinite rights, legacy external payments and complex rights require administrator review.
Paid/manual plan points refresh monthly from original activation, not again on the first of a calendar month. An October 15 activation does not receive extra points on November 1. At November 15, renewed service enters its next cycle; without renewal the paid plan expires instead. Annual service provides monthly allowances, not twelve allowances up front. Unused included points do not roll over.
Each boundary uses the original date: January 31 becomes the last day of February, then March 31. The next allowance boundary is capped at service expiry. Manual timed grants start when executed; indefinite grants have no expiry. Adjusting an unexpired plan preserves its point-cycle anchor and used points. Grants shorter than a month do not receive an extra month's allowance. Free plans still refresh on the first of each month; trials start from trial activation and are bounded by trial validity.
Valid extra points keep their own expiry through plan changes. Existing immutable charges/reservations are retained when switching cycle rules, not erased.
Expiry reminders
Paid plans and non-free timed manual grants remind verified tenant administrators within three days before expiry. A subscription/deadline pair is notified once. Renewal or replacement invalidates queued old-deadline reminders before sending. Manual changes do not send purchase-success mail; free plans, trials and indefinite grants do not send plan-expiry mail. Mail acceptance does not guarantee delivery or reading; unverified recipients wait for verification, and ambiguous delivery outcomes require review rather than blind retry.
One reply is not necessarily one point. Open reception charges, ten tasks per page, and expand retrieval, generation and verification charges/reservations. Handoff, missing sources or sending failure can still incur actual usage; charged/accepted does not mean delivered/read.
History views include reception, point packs/refunds, plan purchases, balance/plan refunds, top-ups/Alipay, ledger, referral commissions/payouts and template earnings/payouts. Paginate rather than treating page one as all history. Referral applications and seller revenue remain separate.
Plan refunds return to original ReplyNest balance sources: currently 1% deduction within 24 hours, used-day charges plus 1% from over 24 to 168 hours, partial days rounded up; no routine refund after 168 hours. Approval determines actual values. Unused cash and eligible point-pack refunds require review and currently 1%, with source preserved; gifts are non-withdrawable. Referral/template payouts are not fabricated top-up refunds. Check transaction/application terms if policies change.
Open “Purchases / request refund” on the billing page to see eligibility, amounts and unavailable reasons. Submitting recalculates the quote; approval terminates the associated period and credits original cash/gift balances, not Alipay. Refunding the latest future renewal preserves prior unexpired service.
After changing plans, request a combined refund from the change record; an upgrade's incremental payment cannot be refunded separately while retaining all upgraded service. Each source retains its original payment time and 168-hour window. Pre-change consumed value is not refundable; the 1% fee uses each original order's amount. Expired sources, later renewals or altered rights require administrator review. Restored gifts retain original expiry and cannot become withdrawable cash. Historical AI usage and extra points are not erased.
